Yes it is. Better Silver will process the silver of the customer and will charge only the labour costs.

When and how is the silver price fixed?
The silver price will be fixed on the day of invoicing, according to the silver spot quotation (no fixing like in the golf field).
The production loss is estimated in percentage on the fine metal included in the goods.

What currency can you invoice in?
Our invoices are normally issued in Euro. By the client's request, the amount can also be expressed on USD.

What are the units of measurement on the price-list?
Prices on our price-list are expressed in euro per gram.

Who is charged for the transport expenses?
All the goods will be delivered and sold ex-works of Better Silver and are carried at the client's risk.

What are the applied payment conditions?
Down-payment of 10% as confirmation of the order and balance by wire transfer when goods are ready, on our pro-forma invoice.

What are the average delivery terms?
Delivery terms must be agreed on with every order. For the Basic Chains deliveries can usually be performed within 4/5 weeks from the confirmation of the order.

Is it possible to customize the articles with distinctive logos?
Yes, it is. It is possible to insert distinctive logos on the articles we produce, by written authority received from the client.

Does minimum order exist?
Not less than 3000 g per style, divided into different lenghts (minimum 500 g for each lenght). Every order has to be confirmed by Better Silver before being considered accepted.

It's possible to make on line orders?
Yes, it is, in the Better Silver-Net reserved area. You have to click on the Better Silver NET logo on the top-right of the home page and enter your personal userID and password.
